New page order Pages are numbered from 1. List them in the order you want the output: a range brings every page in that range, and a page you list twice appears twice. The result is exactly the sequence you asked for; nothing is re-sorted or de-duplicated.
Questions people ask
How do I write the new order?
Number the pages from 1 and list them in the order you want the output. Single pages ("3"), ranges ("5-8", both ends included), and combinations ("3,1,2" or "10,8,6,4,2") all work. Spaces are fine.
What if I list a page more than once?
It appears that many times. "1-3,3,4" gives you 1, 2, 3, 3, 4: the tool repeats the page rather than silently de-duplicating.
Do I have to include every page?
No. You name the pages that go in the new document, in the order you want. A page you leave out is simply not in the result, and a page you reference that the document does not have is a clean rejection, never a partial file.
Does the new PDF keep the original's metadata?
The visible pages, annotations and forms are carried over, but the document-info metadata (title, author, producer) is not, so the output is not stamped with our details either.
What happens to my files?
The input is removed as soon as the job ends; your reordered PDF is available for about 10 minutes, then it is automatically deleted.
